Bank Financing for Real Estate Investors

Mark Aswall, Senior Commercial Lender and Vice President at ACNB Bank, has spent eight years in commercial lending and will show you what a bank actually says yes to.

He will walk through the loan types available to investors, from purchase and refinance to rehab, construction, and lines of credit, and the terms that come with each.
