Patrick Ryan has spent the last year plus working on a very detailed renovation of a building in historic Westminster, Maryland.

Some of you may have attended a presentation he gave a few months ago where he talked about all that went into working with the town of Westminster to get the project approved and the ongoing interaction.

It's the type of effort that brings new life to a building in the heart of a historic downtown.

Patrick graciously agreed to meet us on-site for a first hand look and discussion about everything that's gone into the project.
